- Audit inputs — the domain and business information you submit so we can run your audit.
- Basic usage data — standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) that a website ordinarily records.

- To respond to your enquiries and deliver the audit you request.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our service.
- To communicate with you about your audit or pilot.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Lawful basis
Where applicable law requires it, we process your information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating the service, and to take steps you have requested prior to entering an agreement.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting and email), and where required by law. Running an audit involves sending your buyer questions to third-party AI providers; we do not send those providers your personal contact details.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
