1. Agreement
By accessing this website or engaging Instill GEO for an audit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. The service
Instill GEO provides audits that measure how a brand appears within answers produced by third-party AI assistants. Our findings are observational and correlational: they describe what those systems produced at the time of measurement. We do not control third-party AI providers and do not guarantee any particular ranking, mention, or recommendation.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
AI systems change and their outputs vary. Reports reflect measurements taken under recorded conditions during a defined period and are not a guarantee of future results. Recommendations are provided in good faith and are correlational, never a guarantee of a causal outcome.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for your audit.
- Ensure you are authorised to request an audit for the domain you submit.
- Use the reports and materials we provide for lawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The website, methodology, and report formats are the intellectual property of Instill GEO. Reports we deliver to you may be used within your organisation and shared with your own clients; the underlying methodology and software remain ours.
6. Fees
Pilot audits are paid one-off engagements. The current pilot fee and payment terms are shown on our Pricing page and confirmed before an invoice is issued. Future plans and pricing may change as the service develops.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instill GEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your audit inputs and results as confidential and will not disclose them except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
